On Trip.com , I think the rating of this hotel's three diamonds is very impersonal.
Because this hotel, whether it is hardware facilities or software services, belongs to the five-star standard, and even in the five-star is biased.
I don't understand why such a good hotel, why Trip.com gave a three-diamond review, which is completely unreasonable.
If you insist that this hotel is related to Samsung or three diamonds, then the price can be the price of Samsung, the quality of five stars.

"The location and front desk service are very good, and the hygiene is also good. But the waiter can ask the room manager to train him. When I checked out in the morning, I just asked the waiter for two pairs of disposable slippers that I could take with me. I took two pairs myself and asked the waiter out of politeness. I didn't expect to take a pair off directly for me, saying that we had surveillance to see if it was possible. I would like to ask if I don't check out and call the front desk to ask the waiter to send me two pairs of slippers, won't I be given one? I also know that the waiters are tired and it’s not easy. But the service does need some training during meetings."
