"The hotel looks grand overall, but the service needs improvement. Even after authorizing my credit card payment through Ctrip, they insisted on collecting a deposit. Upon check-out, the deposit wasn't refunded immediately after the room inspection; instead, it was refunded after the room inspection upon departure. The room wasn't soundproof, and I didn't sleep well. The automatic curtains opened even when I tried to turn them off at night, and the carpet was uneven. The toilet also looked cheap."
