Rodeway Inn Hot Springs National Park Area

We came out to explore the mining experiences around the area as a family. I needed some info on the area when we first arrived and I have to say that the lady that checked me in was the best person in this role that I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. She marked up a map with all of the ins and outs of hot springs as well as giving insights into the surrounding areas. I’m extremely grateful for her time and effort here. The room was what you hope for in these places. Everything was clean. No weird smells. Drains all worked properly. The breakfast was fine. The room was just a few minutes drive to the main ***** which was convenient. It is right across the road from an extremely reasonable ice cream shop. Really enjoyed the stay there. Again, can’t say enough about the lady at the check in. I regret not getting her name to call her out. She was working July 20 and then was off until Wednesday I believe she said. Hopefully someone there sees this and commends her on how treatment of the guests.

This is a small, renovated but very clean motel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Located close to downtown and felt very safe. Beds were firm but comfortable. We enjoyed the hot breakfast each morning. They have a waffle maker, cereal, biscuits and gravy. We spent 5 nights here and had scheduled our last night at the Arlington. Checked in there and was treated so badly by management (see my review for there), that we left and came back to our trusty Rodeway Inn for our final night. So yes, we would absolutely stay here again.
