Decent hotel. Great value. Room was good. The bed a little too firm for my taste. The shower had hints of mold beginning to form but overall clean. Our biggest dislike was the choices of channels on the TV. No movie channels. Just regular cable. We could sign in to our streaming service like Netflix but that was a hassle. The morning breakfast is like the standard breakfast now offered at most of these type hotels. This is a good place to stay when visiting Hot Springs.

The hotel is on a hill with lovely view from every room. The desk staff are polite, attentive, and generous. Of particular note, Logan and Brandy were extremely helpful to us. I saw Brandy handle a difficult situation with grace and discretion, and she must be highly praised for her professionalism. Logan is also extremely helpful and pleasant to be around.

Brandy is the nicest, friendliest, most down to earth worker at this hotel I’ve ever met! Other front desk workers were rude. And did not care about the customers. Brandy was always willing to help anyway she could. Definitely recommend Brandy

It was lovely. The entire hotel was clean! I loved the room I stayed in, had a lovely view of the mountains. Complimentary breakfast was awesome, lots of seating and tons of hot and cold options. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family and would absolutely stay again! Worth the price for sure. Very close to dining and entertainment.

I reserved a room with 2 queens and a sofa bed. It clearly states it about the room. I mentioned it and I was given my key. After hauling everything up, we walked in....no sofa bed. I was traveling with my sons, 33, 29 and 20. We have never had an issue before. After all that he said they don't have rooms with 2 queens and a sofa bed.I pulled up my reservation, the amenities and rooms with Sofa beds. He kinda back peddled and said it must already been given to someone else. There were many ways to rectify the situation..an upgrade, an adjoining room. I can't believe they didn't even try to help us. We were exhausted from traveling and now we had no room and was literally in the parking lot trying to find ANY room at this point. Thankfully, Comfort Inn always have sofa beds in there 2 queen beds. The staff was so friendly and it was very clean. The bonus...the room was much cheaper. I have traveled a lot and I still don't understand why Logan, who checked us in, at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Hot Springs, Wouldn't even try helping us, even after I showed him my reservation.I rarely leave reviews but this interfered with our first experience in Hot Springs. Thankfully, after 45 minutes in the parking lot of TownePlace Suites by Marriott Hot Springs and finally found a great deal.
