The staff were EXTREMELY helpful. The suite I had was MUCH nicer than the nearby Home2Hilton & at same $. The suite I was first assigned was being repaired (toilet and door lock) but hadn't been taken off the 'available' list. Staff was EXTREMELY helpful & courteous about getting me into a different suite & gave me extra points for this minor inconvenience without me having to ask for them. Suite was quiet w/no extraneous noise in my suite. Alarm clock was in the room but I also requested a wake up call (I'm a heavy sleeper); staff also offered to send someone to knock on my door if I didn't answer the wake-up call (VERY accommodating). Toiletries available for a small fee for travelers, like myself, who may have forgotten comb, deodorant, etc. Surprisingly, food from their pantry wasn't overpriced like many food items in pantry of other hotels. (PopTarts under $1!) This gem is very under rated.

Seems too nice for its 2.5 star rating! Fluffy rubbed bath towels, lending lockers, modern bathrooms, comfy beds and more. We were graciously upgraded to a suite by front desk clerk, Billy, due to a booking error. The suite had a 2 burner stove, microwave, full fridge, dishes etc; large dining/desk peninsula; closets, and comfortable living room. I would definitely book here again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Our entire floor/ room smelled like feet, cheese wiz and dog urine. We came into our room where it was about 90 degrees ( in July) and learned the ac system is motion activated- turns off when you sleep. Don’t come here!

Sara at the front desk of Candlewood in Hot Springs Arkansas was absolutely wonderful! She is an excellent employee who went above and beyond to help me at check in. She even got me a nice room upgrade.

This was our second time staying here. Super friendly staff, convenient location, clean, comfortable room. We were on the 3rd floor (smoking). Smells like snoop dogg is staying next door. So strong in our room. I would stay here again, maybe on a different floor. Someone else mentioned the hole in the bed, and I noticed that too. You just kinda roll to the middle.

We loved it here. This may be best IHG property I’ve enjoyed. The rooms were extremely clean and prepared for our arrival. Our room was quiet and nighttime was peaceful. Ample parking along with a courteous and helpful staff makes this property our choice when traveling in this area.

I arrived in the evening after a long flight and then 90 min drive to Hot Springs, AR…Opened the door to my room on the 2nd floor across from the elevator and had the most amazing experience. The room smelled heavenly. They use Dove soap and hair products in their bathrooms.😊 The room was virtually sound-proof. Clean! Bed beyond comfortable. Entire hotel staff friendly and helpful. Just an unexpected and delightful, positive experience after a journey that started on the West coast at 3am and ended that day at 7pm in Arkansas. My first experience with this hotel chain. The price was under $100 and best hotel room ever!

Each staff member I came in contact with were professional but extremely personable. They do everything to make you feel at home. The room was spacious and very clean. The water pressure was PHENOMENAL!!! Hot water never ran out and felt better than the local over rated bathhouse spa. The laundry room was a nice perk but could use a couple more washers with the number of rooms they have. Very nice gazebo to sit under in the evening. The pool was clean but we never had time to take a dip. When I return to Hot Springs I will definitely be staying here again! Way to go staff!!!
