Embassy Suites by Hilton at Hot Springs Convention Center

If I could give a 0 I would. Let's start with the two different bugs in the room. One look like a tic and the other, I have no clue. Then there is the 5 family reunions allowed to make noise well pass 11. Let's talk about the food I ordered 2 hours ago, only to find to find out the kitchen crew went home. Then the guy had the nerve to offer crackers. IkYFL. Do not go here. I FORFOT THE BATHROOM TOILET WAS DIRTY AND THE FLOORS HAD A LOT OF HAIR ON IT. JUST NASTY.

BUGS and I have pictures for proof. Terrible customer service as front desk had to Valet our car. I would NOT recommend this hotel.We paid over $600 for 1 night in the Presidental Suite. This was all during a cheering competition. So the hotel was full, elevators were slow, room had bugs.

Great hotel with indoor atrium , daily breakfast, nightly happy hour at bar with snacks, indoor pool. Corner rooms have excellent views and large windows. Hotel is n ow undergoing renovation until May 2025. Located adjacent to the convention center with walkway.

To the General Manager My name is robert sandoval, unfortunately i must find these other means of contacting you to resolve an immediate issue. i stayed at the Embassy Suites Hotel Springs Room 919 with my family this past week July 27 until August 2nd. I have a very simple request, unfortunately i feel the need to reach out to you as the general manager to resolve my issue. My daughter forgot her Apple Smart Watch (black) in Room 919 when we checked out on Saturday morning August 2nd. I know the watch is still located at the hotel because we are tracking it on the FindMyLocation app. I filled out the lost item report on ChargerBack yesterday. I have called the front desk and have spoken to Billy and Moe. At this point, all i need is for someone to verify that the watch was found by the hotel cleaning staff. The watch would have been located in the bedroom (possibly next to the night stand). My requests for more information from hotel staff have not been fully accommodated; i fail to understand the problem of a hotel staff member checking the Lost & Found or asking the housekeeper who cleaned the room on August 2nd. The only response that i have received is that it may take a few days to get any information. Considering the amount of money that i spent with Embassy Suites for an entire weeks stay, i would hope for more courtesy regarding this matter. The watch is a gift that i gave to my daughter, and she is very distressed by having forgotten it. Your assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. This was the worst hotel of our travels in the past several years. No seriously. It is. We had the unfortunate luck of staying here on a weekend of a big cheer competition. If you haven’t experienced a hotel stay with cheer moms and girls, consider yourself lucky. The manager called us prior to check in. That’s never a good sign. They said there was a “glitch” and our two-queen suite wasn’t available. She said they “upgraded” us though to a king suite with a pullout. For a family of 4 that is NOT an upgrade. Then we checked in. This upgraded king suite was actually a queen bed with a king headboard. Ridiculous. We didn’t have enough towels and there was no bedding for the pullout. I rarely go to a hotel desk to complain. This may have been my first time actually, because I'm really easygoing. I used to stay in fleabags growing up with my family. I have a very low bar of acceptable accommodations. But I wasn't happy. I went to the desk and they said they would give us a 2nd room. Same queen situation with the pullout sofa. There was no bedding and no pillows for that bed either. We requested more bedding. They said they would send it up and it never arrived. The 2nd room was never added to the digital app and our keycards somehow were deactivated the next morning. One elevator was out. There was a line for the elevator and we would have to wait while it went from floor to floor with all the cheer kids who no one could seem to control and tell to stop behaving poorly as other people are also staying at the hotel.

Great hotel! We were here for a night while traveling through and visiting the park. Super clean, friendly staff, and great breakfast. We needed more towels and they were super quick to get them there. The hotel has been updated and it’s great. I would stay here again.
