Super 8 by Wyndham Hot Springs

Reservations not honored, damp carpet. Front desk did not honor upgraded room reservation made by the property the previous day. Front desk denied knowledge of the damp condition of the carpet.

We followed the instructions noted in the room to throw used towel on the floor and put making bed card on the bed. Yet when we came back the next evening, NOTHING was cleaned/made. I talked to the staff and was told that it was their policy that we need to tell them in person in the morning to clean the room. Yet they didn’t tell us when we checked in, and the front desk is ALWAYS empty. When I asked the staff if we can have it cleaned then, he told me that I was disrespectful and screamed at him (absolutely not true), thus I should LEAVE now. He called the cops to force us out of the property, saying that he would refund us the money for that night. It was almost 10PM, we had nowhere else to go and had to cancel our trip plan. Up till now we still haven't got the refund from them. I won't be surprised if they just won't honor their own words either. UNACCEPTABLE service and attitude, not to mention the room is smelly and the shower isn’t hot. We will sue super8 for this.

Small Town The motel is date but clean. The room is small but was sufficient for an over night stay. The bed was not the best but still comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate.
