Hot Springs Hotels in Kutchan

This is probably the most cost-effective ski in/out hotel near Hirafu. It has everything you need, hot spring, ski valet, service, and breakfast are all great. I will probably stay here again next time.

We have always been a fan of NIKKO group of hotel. This is  a new hotel. Very modern looking hotel and great facility. Lovely club lounge with a good range of F&B. Great place to chill. I love the gym. all the gym equipment are made with wood. makes the gym a very special place. Service staff is also amazing. Would love to shout out to  F&B manager Mr Nay Win Q. Great hospitality from him. We 2  small issue with this hotel. Breakfast is great but even though the restaurant  is not even 50% full; we requested for a cup of coffee; the staff replied that it's a buffet and we needed to get our own coffee. Didn't like this experience for a 5 star hotel. Lastly, we had an extra bed in our room unfortunately everything in the room only comes in 2 sets. A reflection of poor room service communication. As a whole I would still recommend this hotel.

The hotel is a little expensive, but the room is quite big. The hotel swipes the card to enter the floor, the security is very high, close to Hirafu Street, the big bath is a little small, and the shuttle bus is used for travel

The ski hotel is very good. It should be the closest hotel to the ski resort in Hirafu. There are cable cars in front and behind the hotel. I booked a two-bedroom suite, which can cook. The tools are complete. You can also take a hot spring bath when you are tired of skiing. You can also make an appointment for a private hot spring! You can rent ski equipment on the first floor of the hotel. After skiing, there are people who take care of the snowboard and dry the snowshoes. The breakfast is also very rich~

It was an amazing stay! The room was big and clean, we liked their toiletries ( such as skin care products) The huge bonus was a private onsen😍 it's a must after skiing, but even if you don't have one, you can use a shared one downstairs 👌 Breakfast was quite good and we really enjoyed how close the hotel is to the slope, you can actually see it from the window They also have lockers for your ski gear which is so convenient Overall highly recommend to stay 👍

Among the ski in and out resorts, this is the best location and service! The room was very spacious, and the kitchen was especially modern and the refrigerator was big and great!

After learning that we were on a trip to celebrate our engagement, the hotel was very kind in providing some extra snacks to liven up the mood. Staff were very fluent in English and able to clearly explain guidelines on the use of the hotel's onsen and give a succint and easy to understand introduction on the hotel directory and services available upon check in. I would like to share a few words with you about our feeling of coming back to your Park Hyatt Hanazono hotel from 29/3/2024 to 3/4/2024. We are beginners of skiing, therefore, our first choice is a ski-in and ski-out hotel. Therefore, last year we came to your hotel and we came back again for further improvement of our skiing. We travelled a long way from the airport to your hotel for almost over 3 hours. However, we didn't receive a warm welcome from your hotel by the time we got out of our car. By the time we checked-in, the handling time took much longer than I expected, maybe we all felt tired after long travelling and wanted to go up to our room. Another guest who was sitting next to me seemed to complain about your service to another staff.. When we arrived at our room, only 3 mandarins were put on the table to welcome us but they did not look very attractive. Next morning, the breakfast was as good as last year, because nothing more had changed. But again, not very welcoming. Our dishes were piling up on the table long before they were taken away. That was not the case last year. We asked guest service to fold up the sofa bed as we wanted it to be more spacious. However, I called several to get it done when we came back from skiing in the evening. But we clearly said we could do it when we were out in the daytime. We booked 2 adults and 1 child, however, we could only find 3 adult clothes for onsen. We called guest service to provide us with child cloth for onsen. However, after tidying up, they provided us with another 3 sets of clothes for onsen again. So, my daughter wore oversized clothes to the onsen. It was not like this when we first came here last year. Luckily, on the third day, we met a new and young manager during breakfast, we received a warm welcoming smile for the first time. We chatted for a while and my daughter felt happy with him. Last year, my daughter made some friends here with your staff and learnt some Japanese from your staff. That made her like the Japanese culture and language. Ironically, after folding up the sofa bed, they mistakenly mixed up my daughter white colored soft toy - cinnamoroll - with the bed sheets for the laundry. Luckily, maybe with the help of the young guy, we found it back. My daughter was so delighted, thanks for all your efforts, but however, the soft toy had been shrunk by the laundry machine. The inner tubing was one of our favors in Park Hyatt Hotel, however, it looked obscenity and did not match with the natural scenery and the well-designed architecture surroundings at all. It looked like a facility in a developing country. Next Easter holiday was a late holiday, maybe no more snow for skiing. Originally we had planned to come again with whole families of six for skiing. Maybe it is high time for us to look for another ski-in ski-out hotel, though I have promised the young guy to meet him next year.

Booked Shancui half a year in advance. All aspects of the hotel make people feel very comfortable. First of all, the location is excellent. It is 300 meters away from the tourist center. If the bus goes there, it is no problem to walk there even if you have luggage. It is all downhill. The hotel also has a car to pick up. The room I stayed in faced Mount Yotei and the other room faced the birch forest in the ski resort. The scenery was great. The sanitation was in place. One day, they helped me wash the cups in the sink. The details were also very clean. The design style of the hotel is also very pleasing. The whole is dark. When it snows, the patio in the middle is particularly beautiful. Then during the day, when you open the curtains, the outside is white and the light reflected into the house is also very soft. Because the color tone of the room is gray and warm gray, the only thing is that the lighting does not feel bright enough at night. When cooking and eating in the room, the light does not feel sufficient. Although the breakfast is similar every day, each category has high quality. I stayed for five consecutive days and did not get tired of it. Bread and butter can still be eaten. The biggest feature of the hotel should be the service. 24-hour Chinese, and there is a free shuttle bus that only needs to be booked one day in advance to go to the two supermarkets in the town. The restaurants nearby are very delicious. One day I wanted to go to the little red dot to buy stickers. Uber couldn't get a taxi at all, so I asked the hotel to help call a taxi. It's a flat rate, 300 RMB for a 3km round trip, so it's so convenient that the hotel provides free car service.
