The hotel room was stuffy and the ac was making noise, we were sneezing so had to turn off the ac, also there was no hot water facility, the food was good and tasty, there are many other options of rooms probably Iam not sure my stay was not comfortable

I visited TGI Grand Fortuna Hosur in October 2024. Firstly the staff at the Reception was responsive and fantastic and the customer service was excellent! Also impressed that the rooms were clean and comfortable. A memorable stay !! I will surely recommend to anyone .

Very good hospitality, good staff,especially Ms.Kavya,Mr.Venkat,Mr Bipul and Mr.Ram. Food is delicious and there are a variety of dishes.I recommended everyone to this hotel.Had a pleasant stay.Thank you Tgi Grand Fortuna.I will surely visit next time too.

Good location and all the places in Hosur are easily reachable. Clean rooms and comfortable bed. Bathroom fittings seems but outdated but operational. Breakfast options are good and tasty. Staffs are well behaved and supportive. Certainly, value for money.

Excellent room ambience and services was very nice 👍 // perfect place for everyone to stay here / Canteen feasibility and food were very good and so many varieties of foods were served and its very nice The way of people treated was good Thank you TGI for wonderful times here

Nice place to stay in Hosur. I will rate 10 out of 10. Nice staff. Nice Food. Friendly staffs. Easy to access. It is in bye pass itself. Clean & neat rooms. Both breakfast & dinner is complimentary. Highly recommended place to stay in Hosur. Thank you .

Nice place to stay. Clean and tidy. Reception and Restaurant are very attentive and friendly especially Vipul, Kavya at reception and Manohar at restaurant are excellent. Highly recommended for family,business and solo travel. Proximity too is good. Suggest them to add their own Travel desk for vehicle booking. Presently, they are dependent on 3rd party services which are not professional and reliable. Need to improve very much in this area.

Receptionist called us at 8am and disturbed our sleep . He is calling and asking when will you leave sir. Inspite of our room being on do not disturb mode. Very bad behavior. What is the point of staying when you sleep gets disturbed. Will never even think of staying there again.
