Excellent
Excellent place to stay we even extended our stay after checking out. Lol. We love it here. VERY clean, quiet, can't hear traffic from the I-10 and most staff kind and friendly. However, no matter how hard I tried, the lady at the front desk in the morning on Friday/Saturday was not friendly at all and she acted like she didn't want to be there. Maybe the owner/manager as she seem to do as she wished and didn't care how she treated her customers. That is okay because everyone else that worked at the front desk was friendly and very professional the way people should be working at a hotel front desk. The hotel was accomodating and met our special request. We checked out on Thursday and as we were driving away, about 30 minutes later we decided that we weren't quite ready to move on with our trip and would like to stay another two nights. Called hotel and they put us back in our room another two nights. Price is worth the stay and quality of hotel.
OOnAir25099049821We live locally. We came to this Inn because we had some leaky pipes and decided to let everything dry out and stayed here because it also was pet friendly. There aren’t any bells and whistles to this Inn but it is clean and very quiet & extremely reasonable. I also had a procedure done that required a room that was disabled accessible. The bathroom was really large and had a nice large shower in it. My only complaint is that the rubber gasket around the refrigerator was weak and so we used a slipper to.prop it shut. After that, it stayed extremely cold and nothing spoiled. The microwave worked very well as well .All the hallways are monitored with cameras. A super Walmart is across the street, as well as several restaurants, shopping centers etc. The desk help was very helpful and respectful.
Quality Inn Airport East 900 Yarbrough Dr. El Paso, TX, 79915, US +1 (915) 594-9111 Manager Andrea Rubio – Front Desk does not have an email for her no way to contact till 0900 next day. Room 165 – 66.38 for 31 days is 2,057.58 a month for this room Guess Elite Gold Choice Membership means nothing here. Asked for a handicap room and this was not it. Too tired to argue, besides the lady that checked us in left after checking me in. The room looked clean, BUT!!! The security lock on the door was broken off – ½ missing. The mini fridge was nice, but the freezer part was full of freezer frost, so it was hard to get flat ice packs in. We had NO TOWELS - a wash rag and a hand towel. Went to front desk and asked young man to please get us some while we were out for dinner. Came back and no one at front desk even rang bell. The combination lock door was open, so I stuck my head in and yelled. NO ANSWER, lobby deserted. Finally, he came in from the back parking lot and I asked about my towels and his face said it all - HE FORGOT. Look at the camera screen and found the lady that check us in and tried to talk her through a room were towels should be – not available - none dried. Told him I need towels after the drive from California. He told me that he would try, but normally [guess this happens a lot] you would have to wait till 0900. I said get some out of an empty room. On way back to the room I saw a lady and she gave me a towel and a wash rag. Said she would try to find some more. About ½ hour later she bought some, by now it was close to 2100 - 9 PM [I believe with time change]. Surprise – have towel rod holder [left & right in wall] but no rod, maybe that is why we had no towels. Had a partial roll of toilet paper but no new roll noticed around 0145, thankfully had Kleenex. Was going to shower but the exhaust fan is broken. Made so much noise and did not want to bother neighbors. Wi-Fi kept going out – most likely to many people using it at night. Finally used my hotspot to be able to do anything. Better Wi-Fi at 0445 in AM. Since we had no toilet paper went to lobby to use. No toilet paper in the lobby restroom. Front desk no toilet paper either but will tell manager at 0900. I told the young lady “What do I do now” at 0545. She went to ladies restroom and gave me a small partial roll. No hand towel paper to dry hands. Again, the front desk had nothing and will tell the Manager at 0900. No lobby telephone to call Choice, but she gave me the number 877-424-6423 [found this on website - You can also call 1-888-770-6800 for 24-hour assistance] Lobby water fountain out of order. Took picture of hallway trash. Look like to be yesterday’s collection of trash. Two U-Haul trucks are staying there. The smaller one unload all their items into the dumpster – let the front desk know. At the front desk a guest was there and said he rented 3 rooms for week and 1 for the night and no towels. Wanted to know about discount, got straight up bill when he checked
