Aminities are good. Only 1 point. No power socket given on either side of beds which makes it difficult to use electrical instruments whicb are. Required while sleeping like c pap machine. Food is excellent.

The air conditioner in the room was malfunctioning, and they were attempting to repair it until 11:20 pm, disrupting my time and creating constant noise. The maintenance team seemed clueless about how to resolve the issue. They left the room with the air conditioner setup open, failing to close it properly, which caused dust to fill the room and dirtied the floor. They didn’t even consider cleaning it up.

Good location within Hospet and close to all attractions in Hampi. The hotel is large and one of the oldest however it retains its charm, They upgraded our second room also to luxury. The rooms are large and spacious. The travel desk is very helpful and helped us with the main attractions. Swimming pool was nice and well maintained . Visited during Diwali and loved the atmosphere. Dislikes: The main restaurant staff were rude and indifferent. The food is good but not the best. They have a funny system of having to carry slips from the reception for the morning buffet to be let in.

"The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Nice ambience, garden & pool, huge covered parking space, Stay comes with complimentary Breakfast. Food taste is just OK. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city & near to the railway station. Gym is not good & very very old equipment. When you book rooms, opt for the new wing."

We have stayed in old wing. Though it is old wing, we have enjoyed total hospitality of the hotel in all respects, except the room interiors. Since it is old wing, there is no improvement in interior finishes. At the same time they have provided all facilities mandatory for the guests such as sir conditioning, coffee Tea maker, toiletries, etc.
