very terrible rafting experience , the staff has a rude attitude, dont care about the safety measures , and they are not fully honest with the requirements . The rafting cloths were smelly and wet , i dont reccomend the rafting experience in hanedan suite otel.

10/07/2022ve 14/07/2022 tarihleri arasında hanedan otelde konaklama yaptık. Bu oteli biz değil turumuz ayarladı.Otelden restaurant kısmı hariç memnun kalmadık. Otel odasın klozet çalışmıyordu tuvalet için lobidekini kullanıyorduk.Tuvaletlerin temizliği iyi değildi.Otelin genel temizliğinden de memnun kalmadık.Tuvaletlerdeki kağıtlar yerlerdeydi. Sadece akşamları restaurant kısmında çalışan görevlilerden memnun kaldık. ***et güleryüzülü ve hizmetleri iyiydi. Bir daha tercih edeceğim bir otel değil. Between 10/07/2022 and 14/07/2022, we stayed at the Hanedan Hotel. Our tour arranged this hotel, not us. We were not satisfied with the hotel except for the restaurant part. The toilet in the hotel room was not working. We used the one in the lobby for the toilet. The cleaning of the toilets was not good. We were not satisfied with the general cleaning of the hotel. The papers in the toilets were on the floor. We were satisfied with the staff working in the restaurant only in the evenings. Very friendly and service was good. It is not a hotel I would choose again.

Otel kısmında konaklamadık. Turumuz Ayder e giderken yol üstünde bu işletmede mola verdi restoran ve kafe kısmını aslaaaa tavsiye etmiyoruz. Kasada duran beyfendinin üslubu hem çalışana hemde gelen misafirlere karşı kabaydı. İki Türk kahvesine 60 tl ödedik aşırı derece pahalı. Restoran bölümünde kahve siparişi alıp sonrada burda içilmiyor kalkın şeklinde tavırla karşılaştık ve hiç hoş değildi aşırı kabaydı kısacası paranızla böyle bi hizmet görmek istemiyorsanız burayı es geçin.

Bir dost tavsiyesi Sakın gitmeyin bölgede çokca restoran var rezil bir sahibi terbiyesizce üslup. Ayrıca fiyatlarıda çok pahalı menü halinde 140 tl istiyorlar. Lezzet "0" rezervasyon yapmamıza rağmen sorun çıkardılar
