J'y ai séjourné 2x. La 1ère seule et je me suis sentie tellement bien que j'y suis restée une 2ème nuit. Entre l'hôtel et le lac ... le parc de l'hôtel, et ça c'est très rare sur le lac des 4 cantons ! Je n'en n'ai pas trouvé d'autre d'ailleurs. Le couple de propriétaire sont très clâsse et attentif aux attentes de leurs hôtes. Et que dire de la qualité du restaurant : parfait avec un tartare et un Sauvignon blanc d'un vignoble de la région incroyable. Si vous devez vous rendre par Lucerne, arrêtez-vous y sans hésitez. A 10 minutes en voiture du centre de Lucerne et de la gare, cet hôtel au calme est l'idéal si vous recherchez un endroit bien tenu, paisible et de qualité !

sehr gepflegtes, klassisches schweizer Hotel, Zimmer grosszügig mit Balkon, Minibar, Safe, WLan, das Bad wurde modernisiert, die Möbel sind noch etwas letztes Jahrhundert, aber sehr gepflegt, vermisst habe ich nur einen Sessel, sehr nettes Personal an Rezeption und im Frühstücksraum, sehr gutes Frühstück, das Hotel liegt direkt am See, Parkplätze sind gegen Bezahlung vorhanden, Hunde erlaubt

Wunderschöner Platz, aber.. * Auswahl der Sommerkarte viel zu klein * Fischchnusperli aus Vietnam! Echt jetzt? * Preis/Leistung stimmt hier einfach nicht ganz. Schade Bin über das Essen jedesmal ein bisschen enttäuscht; Preis stimmt nicht mit dem was serviert wird 🤷♀️ Bin trotzdem ab und zu mal da, weil einfach der Platz ein Traum ist. Bedienung freundlich Das könnt ihr besser liebes Sternen Team..

The hotel is located right on Lake Lucerne. The views from our balcony were amazing overlooking the lake with a view of the mountains in the background. Breakfast is included and was good. The staff are friendly and very sweet. The hotel is only 10-15m drive to downtown Lucerne. Bed is a bit soft and the pillows thin. So, for people with back problems at least ask for additional pillows. Shower was great.

Absolutely no complaints. Staff was excellent. GM is on site and hands on (poured our wine during dinner and saw him on the grounds early the next morning straightening up for an event). The hotel's nicer restaurant is pricey but good. Breakfast was included with our room and was great. Short walk to a bus stop that gets you to the Lucerne train station in about 15 minutes. Will definitely stay here again.

Meine Eltern und ich übernachteten vom Freitag auf Samstag im Hotel Sternen. Ich wurde freundlich empfangen. Mein Zimmer war im ersten Stock mit Seesicht. Es war alles drin was man brauchte vor allem der Ventilator hatte auf Grund der Hitzewelle viel zu tun. Gleich nach dem Zimmerbezug ging es in den See. Das Abendessen nahmen wir auf der Terrasse ein. Ich hatte Cordon Bleu mein Vater Haslifilet und meine Mutter Vorspeise Trilogie Sternen. Es schmeckte uns wunderbar der Service war sehr freundlich. Am nächsten Morgen wartete ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet auf uns. Ab dem Mittag hatten wir ein Familienfest. Mit einem reichhaltigen Vorspeisebüffet danach Kalbsnierstück mit Gratin. Nach einer erfrischung im See wurde noch ein Dessertbüffet aufgestellt. Es schmeckte sehr gut der Service war auch hier freundlich und schnell.

A quelques kilomètres de Lucerne, au bord de l'eau et face à un panorama grandiose, cet hôtel est l'endroit idéal pour un séjour agréable . L'hôtel communique efficacement dès la réservation pour préparer au mieux votre venue en vous donnant toutes les informations nécessaires. A l'arrivée, on est d'abord éblouis par le cadre au pied du Mont Pilatus.De grandes pelouses bordent le lac pour s'y installer, prendre un verre ou des repas ou bien se baigner. Les chambres sont grandes avec balcon.Je recommande celles sur le lac. Les petits déjeuners délicieux et le personnel aimable. Quelques points négatifs à signaler cependant: les salles de bain sont trop petites par rapport à la taille des chambres, l'unique oreiller proposé est mince et trop mou.Comme indiqué dans la liste des équipements, il n'y a qu'un ventilateur et aucune climatisation. Ce sont des détails face au charme de cet hôtel qui reste predominant
