Terrible room, above the air conditioning units, it was impossible to sleep all night. Again, revenge from the hotel for a very cheap room booked on Trip.com. Breakfast typical for 4 stars, a bottle of water and two cookies, a gift from the hotel.

Very nice hotel with an excellent location. The breakfast could be improved with more fruits and local products. Unfortunately we were left without the room being cleaned.

The hotel is located at Horta Marina. The cruise ship at the entrance of the hotel makes the hotel feel more like a harbor. The staff at the front desk in the lobby are attentive and considerate. The fruit plate and mineral water delivered after check-in make you feel at home. Overall, I am satisfied with the hotel relatively recognized. Will stay again next time.

The 3rd time I've been to this hotel in over a decade. Nothing has changed all very adequate clean tidy Ra Ra But the beds and pillows are hard and pillows too soft. Breakfast is like groundhog day ,dinner passable and I do speak with authority as I am a chef The fitness room an absolute joke in today's environment, the bike pedal was broken my entire trip All in all passable for a 3* star at best . Need to up the game for the rates you charge

Good experience staying here for 5 nights. Clean rooms & fresh linens, although the pillows are very tired and need replacing. Bar fridge in the room is very convenient. Included buffet breakfast had something for everyone. We found the staff at the front desk very friendly and quite helpful but those in the dining room, not so much. We would definitely stay here again if given the chance.
