Kerrie, the duty manager, has been on shift for my entire 3 night stay, covering across hotel reception and the restaurant. She always has a smile and is friendly. Thank you Kerrie for making a long stay away from home much easier! The rooms are warm and service provider is warmer.

The outside the Hotel was very run down. However, once we were inside it was better cared for. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful . As usual with Premier the room was very clean, the bed was comfy (with extra pillows) nice hot shower and fluffy towels. Next day we had the full breakfast with extra bacon (no extra charge) so filled up ahead of our journey home. Overall experience much as we expected , a good comfortable bed for the night.

In general the Premier Inn hotels are good, but my recent stay at Horsham North was very poor. The hotel & Restaurant needs major up lift. The Restaurant is dated/cold/shabby. The chef and staff are very friendly and attentive, but the place just needs money spending on it to bring up to the customers needs.

Hotel is very dated, scruffy in places. Breakfast wasn’t good, signs saying items not available due to reasons beyond their control. Well whose control is it…premier inn that’s who. I won’t return to this hotel even though I have to go to Horsham in the near future.

Lovely comfy beds, clean rooms and friendly staff. We used the hotel as we have family close by. Great area for being directly opposite the train station. Can get to London in less than an hour. They had a restaurant on site, although we didn’t use this at the time we would be happy to come back again & possibly eat in next time as the food looked lovely.

Very disappointing. The hotel stairs were so grubby they didn't look as if they'd been vacuumed for days. The room itself was OK but one main light wasn't working and the room was very cold. I wasn't able to get the heating to work. Not the same standard as else Premier Inn's elsewhere.

The place was dirty, unloved and understaffed. Value for money and staff trying their best but not enough of them. Toilets in the restaurant were a disgrace. Food was ok despite lots not being available and I felt sorry for the people working there.
