The “resort” shows its age. Parking garage spots are very tight. Bathroom tub and ceiling need repair. Water pressure in bathroom was very low. Housecleaning was only changing the towels in the bathroom (no vacuum, bed making, emptying of trash in room). Positives were the ocean view, closeness to the water, multiple pools and lazy rivers. Would NOT stay here again. Would NOT recommend.

I wasn't there very much of 5he time but room was clean and very comfortable and no outside noise was heard people were very friendly and accommodation were perfect loved my stay

Simply the best by every measure. The facility is second to none. The location is outstanding. The staff is wonderful. Peace and quiet. The room was impeccable. We so loved our stay and definitely will stay here again. The highest recommendation and looking forward to our next time.

My wife and I visited this Hotel 10 years ago and it was much then. The room was okay. The sheets were dirty, the stove's back panel had rust, the cabinets were outdated, the carpet had stains, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent.

Bed was lumpy,bathroom door handle was falling off toilet didn’t flush properly all the time safe didn’t work people smoking off their balconies and elevator
