酒店位於草原河谷地帶，景色開闊，遠處牧民放牧，白馬肆意狂奔。遇到正月十六，月光傾瀉而下照亮河面。
酒店房間佈置精美，設施完善且乾淨整潔。管家及工作人員服務員熱情，細心。
酒店餐飲極具特色，菜品豐富且美味，烤羊排肥而不膩入口即化。早餐也是別出心裁，令人意想不到的是咖啡竟然蠻好喝，忍不住多喝一杯。

整體非常棒的住宿體驗，和預期相差不大。
房間露台景色很棒，視野開闊。
餐廳菜單也挺豐富，價格合理。但是對solo trip的人來説點菜還是有些困難。
可以預約當地牧民家的一些付費項目，挺不錯的。
服務非常周到熱情 加伊娜 婉露 欣欣 還有火山酒店的小朱 小吳 順子 都非常棒！

🏨酒店服務非常好，住了 n 多五星級，這家是真的讓我感受到有温度的服務。因為這很偏僻，這個季節遊客也不多，所以工作人員基本上是有求必應。在這我感覺工作人員更像是朋友，人與人之間的關係很親近很舒服。
🌸我們是五一期間來的，當天晚上趕上了酒店舉辦的小活動，各位員工給我們表演了各種小節目，整個氛圍特別好，大家玩的都非常開心。
🥘早餐吃的非常豐盛，不吹不黑，這是我吃過最好吃的早餐自助，雖然沒有那麼豐盛的品類，但味道真的都非常不錯！表揚一下這的廚師，在這吃了不下四頓，沒有踩雷過！每道菜都非常好吃！
🐎通過酒店預約了牧民家的活動，玩的非常開心，餵了小羊騎了馬，這的牧民也都十分淳樸，就是在這感覺人和人之間都很真誠，這些是在其他地方旅遊很少遇到過的。
⛰️雖然沒趕上草綠，但風景已經很好看了，夏天會更漂亮
🌟趕上了個晴天晚上看了星星，雖然老闆説這個季節不是最佳的觀星時候，但我已經很滿足了，看到了滿天繁星非常漂亮。
🛌房間非常漂亮，像畫一樣，乾淨整潔衞生，床很好睡，這兩晚我睡得都非常舒服。
😘最後感謝酒店所有工作人員，謝謝你們的真誠服務，我們這段旅程非常開心，明年我們一定會再來的。

出發之前，酒店就很貼心的拉了微信羣，提醒天氣温度和需要帶的衣服用品。
入住後，管家和工作人員都超級熱情、認真負責，還幫主動幫我們規則行程、預約旁邊的農場騎馬和擠牛奶。因為衹有我們一家入住我，空調不是很暖和，管家把走廊裏的空調也給打開了，很晚還在羣裏問我們暖和了沒有。
房間裏的設備設施很齊全，還貼心的給準備了孩子用的拖鞋和洗漱用品。有個單獨的温泉浴缸，也給備了一次性浴缸套，晚上泡了一下，很解乏。
最給人驚喜的是酒店的餐飲。管家幫我們提前約好了蒙餐。
手抓肉和烤羊排堪稱一絕，手抓肉肉質鮮嫩多汁，輕輕一扯就能骨肉分離，蘸上特製的醬料，口感層次豐富；烤羊排外皮金黃酥脆，內裏鮮嫩軟嫩，火候掌握得恰到好處，每一口都令人回味無窮。因為每樣都想嚐嚐，酒店老闆主動提醒我們菜品分量大，建議按需點餐，避免浪費。
離開的早晨因為起不來，管家還把早餐時間調整到了10：30，早餐很豐盛，是按位上的，肉蛋奶蔬菜小米粥樣樣齊全。餐廳人員也是非常熱情，一直在問需不需要再加。
離開的時候，娃跟我説這裏的服務真的好好，下次有機會，咱們還要再來~
