I was pleasantly surprised by how clean my room was. The service was fine. The only problem I had was late night noise from the room above. I didn’t get much sleep on the first night. I asked for a different room for the second night. The clerk was very accommodating. Slept very well the second night.
There were 3 other customers that first night. I don’t understand why 1 had to be housed right above my room

I stayed there because of low cost. I when to Hornell to take care of my mother. Hornell is not a vacation destination. It is a place for people like me passing through when visiting family, in my case, mom is not well that is why I am there

Floors
The room appeared clean. There was an unpleasant odor when we entered our room. We determined it smelled like a dirty mop and floors were sticky. We've stayed at this location multiple times with this never being an issue before

Great for the price!
This was an overnight stay for a family of 4. We were pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the room was clean; beds were comfortable. Although the size of the room was smaller than some hotels we've stayed in, it had the needed amenities and the price was good. The only issue we had was that the toilet didnot always completely flush and needed a second flush (it was reported to hotel staff, so hopefully fixed for the next guest). We would stay here again, if we were in the area.
