Nice location, well furnished, huge lobbe, clean rooms with some outdated items, continental breakfast, no scrambled eggs, no meat. And,... no staff around)
The receptionist upon our arrival, looked at is as we entered his own house, then it took him 10min to checknus in and give our keys. No staff were present during breakfast. No one at the reception to check out.

I was charged for a room that I didn't even stay in and now they're refusing to give me a refund. The pool was shut down by the health dept. The place is falling apart. My room was DISGUSTING. My shampoo, condition and body wash were OPEN AND USED. Splatters of God knows what on the headboard. Couldn't hang any of the clothes on the rack because it was broken and shoved into a hole in the wall. Mold of some sort on the baseboard. The bathroom ceiling is practically falling in. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Great owners trying to turn an old Holiday Inn (now Clarion) around. They were super sweet. Basic rooms that were clean and quiet. No issues at all. Would stay there again if I ever needed a bed in that area.

We have stayed here several times. When we first stayed, the hotel was very nice, but it has seriously gone downhill since then. Our room, though absolutely spotless, had a broken desk chair, and a non-working fire alarm. The "restaurant/bar" is permanently closed now, and even the breakfast nook only had coffee and dry cereal. Too bad, too, because we enjoyed staying here. The obvious deferred maintenance will catch up with them eventually. We won't be back.
