Our stay at Jaguar Reef was amazing from start to finish! The staff made all the difference — everyone was so welcoming and kind. Captain Larry was the sweetest! He always had a smile on his face and the best energy, he made every moment feel fun and lighthearted. Chris was the kindest guy ever, constantly checking in to make sure we were taken care of and comfortable. And Mark was awesome on our boat day — he had the best vibes and was super helpful. He made the whole experience so smooth and fun! The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and super comfortable, the perfect place to relax. Can’t wait to come back to this little slice of paradise!

The service and staff at this resort is a outstanding. Personable and friendly and they go out of their way to make sure you are having an amazing vacation. Checking in with Julio was a true delight with his bright smile and enthusiasm. Chris in guest services often checked in on us during our stay and was great to hang out and have a conversation with as well as seeing to anything that we wanted and more. Brendan at the big dock is super friendly and accommodating, as well as personable and a great multitasker with a busy bar! Edgar by far went above and beyond for us at the pool bar. He treated my husband and I like family and was a highlight of our trip. Finally, Genesis was our server most days and was a true delight and continuously put a smile on our faces. The resort was fantastic, clean and truly relaxing. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend and we look forward to returning in the future. This was mine and my husband's second time at the resort and not a thing disappointed us.

You. Should. Stay. Here. From the Big Dock to the small pools, to the free amenities (paddle boards and kayaks) to the beautiful/spacious accommodations, you cannot go wrong. I had EXCELLENT experiences with the staff and LOVED that they used Whatsapp to answer my questions. I never felt like a burden asking a random question and they answered quickly. The beach is secluded, but nearby everything. My family LOVED the Big Dock for both fun (netted daybeds to lay over the water, rope swings into the lagoon, drinks readily ordered) and we made full use of the smaller pools when they wanted to be off the beach. We stayed in the "Two Bedroom Poolfront Suite" which was a stunner of a view and very spacious. Giant Water fountains in the room to provide bottled water for us; updated appliances and bathroom facilities, good WiFi, A/C in every room(!), and access to Prime Video - which helped my kiddos during the down time. This was a WONDERFUL "base" for us to launch from and explore Hopkins and southern Belize from.

Everyone is so nice and friendly. Great service, great food, great drinks. It’s clean, house keeping is eager to help, Management is great. So many accommodations. Cute spots, love the big dock. Ask anyone for local advice especially captain larry! he’s the guide god. loved my stay, wonderful place. 1000% recommend
