We loved our stay!! Beautiful views! Wonderful attentive staff! Great food and service at restaurant. Room was cozy and very beautiful! Perfect stay!!!! We highly recommend!! Thank you Sabrina and. Celine! !!! Should you come here? You better Belize it!!

We had an amazing time the whole trip. Manny picked us up with the airport shuttle and immediately made us feel at home. The food was excellent, don't skip the fryjacks. We had a great time snorkeling, reef fishing, ghost crab hunting, making chocolate, and horseback riding through the rainforest. We ended with hike through the rainforest with Selvin which included a river tube trip and a waterfall trek. We loved it.

The entire staff was so nice and super helpful. Delicious food with huge portions. Cute beach plus pools. Lots of excursion options. Large beautiful rooms. I am done reviewing it is ridiculous that trip advisor won't accept a review under 200 characters

The security personnel at the booth immediately provided information about the process or procedure for checking and parking. No need for questioning The first words from Sobrina, the receptionist were "Welcome Home", from there it really was welcome home. She courteously provided information as it relates to all services offered at the resort and encouraged our use of the services. When she told us about the use of the bicycles she mentioned about the safety of the entire village and being at home. The waitresses at the restaurant served the well prepared meal with a smile. Joe from maintenance joyfully assisted us getting launched in the kayak. The all inclusive activities of kayak, paddle boards, bicycles and pools really make this an interesting and worthwhile vacation spot.

Most amazing resort!! Very relaxing, super attentive staff, great accommodations and delicious food!! Zamira R. was super helpful at the front desk and Michelle at the restaurant was an exceptional host. Food was delicious and we will definitely be back soon!

Beautiful beachfront cabin with a perfect beach. Enjoyed a relaxing day the pool and the bar and an excellent romantic dinner at the new restaurant. Super friendly staff and the free bicycles are an added bonus to explore Hopkins . We will be back!

Hospitality has been great!! The front desk was super welcoming and helpful! We had a great meal at Rhumshack and staff has been friendly. There was a personalized welcome note, our name on the welcome sign, and a cute bed decoration. However, it is our first of six nights here and I am already second guessing my decision. The beach: the water is not clear, there is significant small trash pieces everywhere on the beach, and the beach is incredibly narrow. These may just be common in all of Belize, it is our first time. The room: the stairs are narrow, steep, and awkwardly spaced making it slightly hard for my 70 year old mom. The room is worn and not in great shape. It doesn’t seem especially clean, very sparse on towels. The deck chairs are uncomfortable and splintering. Two windows don’t stay open, two we can’t get open, and there is no screen on the slider so we can’t hear the ocean- which was the point of being beachfront. As of now, what we are seeing and experiencing doesn’t match up to all the reviews.

Such friendly and helpful staff! We requested a late check-out and without hesitation they were more than happy to assist us with making our stay as enjoyable as possible! 10/10 service. Would definitely recommend coming here with family/ friends.

The service and hospitality is always impeccable, especially from the front desk. I’ve been coming here for years, my favorites resort in belize. I have stayed here and shot 2 of my music videos here as well, beautiful property and rooms. Only positive things to say.
