Immer wieder gerne! Seit vielen Jahren fahren wir immer wieder in dieses schöne Haus. Wir lieben das Defereggental, so das wir hier immer wieder her kommen und dann übernachten wir ausschließlich im Zedern Klang SPA Hotel. Unser Lieblingshotel in Österreich.

Wir waren kurzfristig für 3 Nächte im Zedernklang. Das Zirbenzimmer Natur Plus war geräumig und sauber, jedoch an vielen Ecken schon etwas abgenutzt. Gerade die Betten, mit der getrennten dünnen Matratze, könnten mal eine Erneuerung vertragen. Ordentliche Betten mit durchgehender Matratze sollte bei einem 4S Hotel Standard sein. Wellnessbereich ist klein und fein, der Pool angenehm warm. Frühstück in separaten kleinen Frühstücksraum hatte gute Auswahl, Auf Wunsch werden auch frische Eierspeisen zubereitet. Das Menü zum Abend ist sehr empfehlenswert. Die Nachmittagsjause ist durchschnittlich. Die Getränkepreise im Restaurant und an der Bar sind für die gebotene Qualität überzogen. Und gerade an der Hotelbar war der Service sehr mäßig. Das Haus hat im Vergleich zu anderen 4S Wellnesshotels einige Abstriche, jedoch ein sehr attraktives Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Daher eine Empfehlung und in Summe ein guter Aufenthalt.

Right from the start I’d like to state that I would come back to this hotel. The food is very good, the spa area is definitely okay and there are other positive aspects. However, I find the rating 4 stars plus hotel exaggerated. While the staff do really try, they only come across as polite and not as friendly or hospitable. I missed the ambiance and the familiarity. I also found the lots of details in the interior only practical but not tasteful. Lots of unnecessary plastic objects (plastic flowers on the table for example) while the hotel boasts an environmental friendly reputation. No recycling facilities available, little attention to detail. Everything is functional and functioning but lacks the magical touch of professionals who handle out of passion for their job.

Essen gut, Getränkepreise teilweise enorm. Spa Bereich eher klein. Tagesausflug super, bei längerem Aufenthalt muss man sich eine Beschäftigung suchen, wir sind nach Italien gefahren. Spa Rezeption selten besetzt, konnten nie zeitgerecht eine Massage ausmachen.

Wir waren 3 Nächte im Spa Hotel Zedern Klang. Beim Ankommen hat man schon die Ruhe im Haus gespürt - sehr angenehm (keine Hektik, nicht Überlaufen, kein Umgebungslärm etc.). Auch der Service war gut. Wir hatten nach einem zweiten Kissen gefragt, wurde uns auch promt gebracht. Zimmer war wunderbar - wir hatten die Suite Defereggen mit Kamin. Zum Essen: Nachmittagssnack war ausreichend, vor Allem toll, dass wir bereits am Anreisetag das Angebot nutzen durften. Abendessen war in Ordnung - hätten aber mehr erwartet für 4*S (mehr Buffettform eventuell). Frühstück war etwas spärlich bzw. qualitativ nicht so hochwertig. Spa Bereich war fein und man hatte auch immer genügend Platz. Alles in Allem ein sehr angenehmer Urlaub mit viel Ruhe. Wer sich in aller Ruhe (ohne Hektik rundherum) erholen möchte, ist hier genau richtig! Wir kommen wieder!
