I made reservations to stay at this hotel, and paid in full, over 2 months in advance. When I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 pm to check in and drop off our bags, they did not have our reservation. I had paper copies, and emails, showing that we had in fact reserved a room. The manager had zero interest in trying to solve the problem and told us he couldn’t help us and there were no rooms available. This was our first day in Europe after an overnight flight from the US. It was high tourist season and took us hours to find a hotel with a room. I am also still trying to get my money back.
DO NOT TRUST THIS HOTEL!!!!

We were there 3 years ago and had the Highlander room with balcony and gallery and. Very nice and big room. Unfortunately, there is a busy road on the side and opposite is a cold stall with a hatch...heap of manure...can you live with it. But what was crass.. The church tower rang the whole night. Which means.. Eg 11 p.m... 11 times.. Then after 15 minutes 1 time 2330 twice then 2345 three times.. Maybe that has changed in the meantime. I hope so.

Great accommodation. Not a hotel - like, since there is no room service and it is managed by a holiday agency. Everything you need and great location. Great and clean. Beautiful room and balcony with a view of the Hopfensee (Suite Irish Wiskey).
