I can’t recommend this place as didn’t get to book in as the after hours service didn’t work and couldn’t get anyone on phone all day before I was trying to book in late. Ended up having to find somewhere else to stay at 11pm at night was not happy.

The location of the hotel is good, right by the marina. We had a good walk there. But, the amenities are not maintained so well.

No one at the desk accept few very frustrated customers they don't answer the phone .The doors are hared to unlock if they work .I needed help getting back into the room and I saw 2 other that were just locked out because there was noone on the desk and they don't answer their phone .the fire alarm went off twice during the night . The only have paper cups plates .
I would not recommend it to anyone I liked

Warm reception, I wanted to know about the neighbourhood attractions and was very patient with the presentation .
Plus, there's Chinese customer service! For my poor English, it will be very convenient to check in!

the breakfast was terrible. bad service and the food was terrible they need to learn how to cook. all food was cold and not what we ordered. out of 5 people one came out cold and the next one didnt come out until the first one was finished. this happened for all 5 meals . it was not busy there were only a dozen people there. would not recommend this to anyone. no staff at front desk until 2pm. annoying if you arrive a little early.
