Terrible! The horrible, nonexistent walls are made of hard plastic bars, and the air conditioning makes a tremendous noise.

The location was great and it was convenient to go anywhere around Waikiki!
There was a Japanese person at the front desk and they were very polite and wonderful!! ! We could use the washing machine and dryer, and the room was very clean!

Unfortunately the fridge didn't work, nor did the TV. The a/c was very noisy and we could hear all the street noise. The staff were very accommodating in trying to rectify the issues. Thankyou to them.

Pros: the hotel is located in the center of Waikiki, 5 minutes walk to the beach. In the lobby there is a stand with capsule coffee, tea, a separate cooler with water. You can use the laundry when free. The room has everything for living. Cons: not enough chairs in the room.
