首先，十一期間紅原的氣温降低，酒店沒有空調電熱毯等保暖措施，屋裡和冰窖一樣；其次，洗澡的熱水忽冷忽熱，澡也沒洗好，這麼冷的天氣，這怎麼住？？最後，詢問酒店是否可以開發票，直接跟我説開不了，也不説為什麼，這合理嗎？酒店不提供發票是違法的…避雷避雷避雷
