嚴重避雷！虛假五星！
某音推送柳江古鎮該酒店查看後5⭐️標準，從海子山無星酒店下來定了一晚，極度失望，毫無管理可言！
1房間設施設備破損。定了一個豪華大床房還告知升級了（現在一想不升級那得成啥樣了），房間位於一樓有落地推拉玻璃門，兩邊門鎖都是壞的無法鎖住，電話前台來了一個阿姨（保潔是她，送水果是她，工程師還是她！！！），沒弄好，阿姨打電話又來一個男工人弄好一邊，結果另外一邊晚上睡覺去關還是壞的！！毫無安全可言！半夜準備入睡發現門反鎖壞了，氛圍燈無法關閉，最討厭的是電子門鎖一直滴滴滴滴叫！！！完全無法入睡。以上這些問題但凡有一個2星標準的工作流程，都不會出現，打掃衞生的不反映，分管客房的不檢查，或者是他們都想老闆倒閉！
2、半夜11點無奈衹有換房，結果導致我們失眠一整夜。一.房間一股黴味，二.室內窗簾上一個巨大蜘蛛（沒抓住跑了怕晚上爬到床上身上來），三.關閉所有燈光後一個射燈上有一個綠色信號燈幾乎照亮整個房間！！！
3、五星酒店三個裝洗髮水，護髮素，沐浴露的蓋子可隨意打開（這點不説大家也懂，不懂**也看過類似報道吧）根本不敢用。
4、五星早餐沒有山上民宿大，食品無法形容！
5、早上退房沒有一句歉意的問候，別人根本不關心你住的如何，心情如何，感受如何！就無視讓你想吐槽的機會都沒有！
以上評論真實衹有縮小沒有放大，或者今晚去住我反映的房間看看能否睡的着，真希望酒店老闆可以看到，再不挽救酒店就被霍霍了！

房間乾淨衞生，比較大，唯一不足就是院子外面瓦片裝飾的路面太滑了，遇到下雨更滑，容易摔跤。

煙雨柳江就在江邊，我們定的房間有一個很大的露台，有100平方，有露天的泡池，很出彩。房間很大，設施新。

酒店環境很好，有各種小花，花，前台小姐姐很熱情，服務很周到，門口泊車員和迎賓叔叔很熱情幫我們運行李到房間，房間很乾凈整潔衞生，每一個房間都有一個獨立的露台，酒店有大型停車場出行也比較方便，温泉也是一絕，水質乾淨，是柳江古鎮上最好的一家酒店，下次還來，值得入住。
