入住體驗非常好，地址位置極佳，就在景區內，離索道入口幾分鐘路程。房間很大，設施都非常好，暖氣也夠足，在房間泡浴很舒服。酒店的李燕秋經理非常熱情，幫我和孩子做了升級服務，非常貼心的照顧。下次一定還會繼續入住

來多次了。硬件設施一般，暖氣效果很好，但房門縫隙較大，冷風還是有的。這次來覺得餐廳食材用料不太穩定，感覺沒有上次那麼好。但玩雪後也是最為方便的就餐地方了。地理位置無敵，下樓就到景區大廳。服務不錯。多走幾步路，走出景區門口，就可以煙花。

説實話，我大概三四年前第一次來和這次來，變化真的太大了。以前的早餐好豐富，我都記得有黃油、牛排、酸奶什麼的，很好吃。這次來，早餐連酸奶都換成酸酸乳了，牛排也沒有了，失望得很。
然後，温泉，我還單獨買票，98一個人，好臟啊，池子裏面全是白色細小的漂浮物。。。。。我很無語啊。。。。。
但是房間還是乾淨的哈，房內設施都是很好的，客服人員態度也是很好的，離景區也近。

唯一不足的就是房間稍微小點，其他的都很好。房間有暖氣，一點都不冷。前台經理很好，帶我們去房間佈置，送了水果。
