1200+訂的有泡池的房間，就想着天氣冷了可以泡泡湯。 放水才發現沒有熱水， 問服務員解釋説衹有一二月才開放泡池供熱水。我把攜程的酒店詳情公告看了三四遍，也沒看到在哪兒寫了這麼一個時間限制，在某平台還看到今年三月份有人入住並使用泡池的帖子。另外還解釋説 房間是“湯池陽台” 大意是指側重於強調房間是含湯池的陽台，不是含湯。搞半天給我玩兒文字遊戲呢。
第二天吃早飯，聽其他住店客人説待會回房間泡下澡，一問服務人員才告知，因為反映泡池不開的人很多，最後決定燒水供應。 那能不能主動告知？ 還得聽到別人説了才知道，服務太跟不上。
體驗不好，性價比低，慎重選擇。

太差了，一個500➕的名宿一點都沒有任何服務。前台的房間非常憋屈，就像一個農村家的客廳，非常糟糕。服務態度就不去要求了。房間非常潮濕，窗簾牆壁都有斑駁。房間的地面也是濕的。從沒住過這麼差的民宿。相當相當失望！景色無法彌補（僅僅一片湖）太差了！！

知野雅女湖店環境優美，因酒店位於湖邊，所有房間都面向湖而背靠公路，晚上很安靜，完全聽不見汽車聲音，休息得很好，早餐味道不錯，店裡大姐推薦的附近餐廳也還好，值得推薦。

端午住了兩天，選擇了臨湖帶温泉私湯的房間，吾悦因為是雙床，房間內部比栽風要大一些，但是陽台偏小一些，住起來都很好，酒店贈送的下午茶稍微簡單了一些，但是總體對設施和服務都挺滿意。
