酒店離景區挺近的，設施比較新，房間大，門口就是湖，服務很熱情。早餐種類少，周圍吃的不多，非自駕會有點不方便

除了位置不錯，別的真沒什麼好的。和假日酒店連着。離開景區停車場行車5分鐘，2.3公里。樓層高些可以看到湖。酒店附近就一家餐廳，酒店沒有晚餐，早餐很一般，沒什麼吃的。停車還算方便。傢俱和床品都很一般。為了早點進景區，過度一晚，可以選擇。要不這個價位跟提供的服務和品質還是性價比不高。

員工培訓不到位，素質差，管理水平和管理流程亟待提升，與酒店定位定價不匹配。所謂的西式和中式早餐本就不豐富，最不能接受的點了兩碗麪，端到一碗後，小夥子沉默是金一會兒“示意”等會來取，一會兒隨自己意給，直至第四輪爭論了，才“開口”辯解現在排隊且從左邊排（大概因為這時我在右邊）。想投訴無效，因為他就是主管不理你就完了，迫於無賴找前台才得以值班經理的迴應。解釋人多記不住（最多人數見圖）？或人多時直接告知排隊不可以解決嗎？其實入住下午問詢時亦有所察覺。

酒店在這個區域算是大氣，大堂門口有一片空地，有點簡陋，正對雅女湖。前台小妹熱情，房間乾淨整潔。早餐要到旁邊假期酒店就餐，出品可以。

衞生：好
環境：好
服務：這個確實真挺好的，前台都很熱情，然後還給我們講瓦屋山攻略這些，然後做清潔的阿姨也很熱情，打掃衞生完了還跟我們多補了礦泉水，還寫了紙條，挺好的。
最後就是入住也很安靜，睡覺很舒服，早餐也蠻不錯的。
