這裏的房間住的很舒服，蠻喜歡那個枕頭，而且他們服務都很好，在前台辦理入住，小何服務也好，還告訴我們哪裡有好吃的小吃

已經不是第一次來住酒店，這次體驗感覺明顯標準降低了好多。首先酒店的一次性用品，比一般快捷酒店的都要差，跟酒店檔次太不符了。再就是早餐，作為洪湖的標誌性酒店，早餐品類少，還很敷衍，咖啡也是速溶的，喝的直接是大瓶裝雪碧類，與酒店品牌差距太大。唯一暖心的是酒店手寫卡片，服務上用心了，其他的真的很拉胯。

建議房間要勤打掃，還有早餐要多上點品種這裏説一下牛肉麪很好吃，另外礦泉水別衹送兩瓶多送點，也沒多少錢的東西。房間很大
