RRICHARD BAKERThis is a very nice hotel, great location, good rooms and excellent, helpful staff. But the hotel gets bad marks in two areas. First, the food was generally very good but the Western breakfast buffet choices were nearly always cold. I tried three days in a row to get poached eggs that were not hard boiled. On the third day I got what I wanted but even then the eggs were stone cold. The second issue was the the lack of necessary security staff. The lobby bar was nice and had a young woman playing guitar in the evenings but on our second evening 4 drunks were drinking, shouting and smoking and refused to stop when the hotel staff intervened. After this things escalated and instead of having hotel security throw them out the drunks started harassing us and it got ugly so we left for our room. The hotel called our room to apologize but it was not equipped to deal with this situation and needs to have better control over their public areas. A lesson to be learned. I will be sending a separate letter to Accor management giving full details of this unfortunate event.

RRosalindThe frontdesk staff are helpful and very well trained. The room is excellent - looks just renovated. Quiet for a good night sleep. The complementary tea appreciation is very interesting with a very knowledgable staff who knows all about tea. Live this hotel and highly recommended.

GGuest UserMengzi Hampton by Hilton - Staff at reception was helpful As we wish to have a snack before we check in, we were told to leave our luggage in a room on 1/F opposite to the reception counter on the right. It was done as said. When we return to the hotel in about 30 min, no one was there and we went into the room and get our luggage. Not much security there!?! Despite of this, attitude of staff is very good.
Breakfast in the hotel is excellent. Since we stayed there only 1 night, did not look into available facilities. Room and linen are clean. It would be better if there is a luggage rack in the room, then we did not have to put our suitcases on the little round coffee table and on the chair. As we are senior, it is very difficult for us to leave the suitcases on
the floor.
Yuanyang Huawowo - excellent location for sunrise over the tier fields. All is good; the 20-25 minutes walk from carpark to hotel is a bit challenging for senior. There is a built-in rack for suitcase. Breakfast is tasty, choice of western breakfast(eggs and toast) or local Chinese rice noodles. Staff is very efficient and cooperative. The toilet and sank area in the room is partitioned nicely, but lacking a little privacy as there is no door to the toilet.
Jianshui White Hotel - excellent location in Jianshui old town. Breakfast is healthy, bento box of corn, congee, vegetable and egg in addition to a bowl of local Chinese rice noodles. Again no luggage rack. Staff is attentive and efficient though.

GGuest UserA highly recommended hotel, just across the road from the lake. We were upgraded to a lake view room for free when we checked in. Although the room area is not as large as the interior view room, it is definitely worth the money.
We checked in in the afternoon. When we entered the room, we could see the whole lake through the large floor-to-ceiling windows. The hotel also prepared yogurt and fruit in advance. After checking in, we first experienced the hotel's swimming pool and hot springs. The swimming pool was very clean, and someone would take away fallen leaves in time. The lifeguards would always be by the pool, making people feel very safe. The pool was also very comfortable, and the a**osphere was even better after the lights were turned on at night. After the hot spring, I went back to the room to change clothes. As soon as I opened the door, I saw the sunset, and the scenery against the lake was extremely beautiful!
After packing up and going downstairs to eat, the front desk lady recommended a restaurant that made Maitreya specialties. I went to taste it and it was very good! Thanks for the recommendation!
Because it is facing the street, I dare not open the window when sleeping at night, but there is a problem, it is hot without air conditioning, and cold with air conditioning... Central air conditioning is known to everyone, and the adjus**ent is not sensitive... So I turned it on and off several times a night😂😂
Overall, if you come to Mile to play, I still recommend this hotel, and it is very cost-effective.

There is also a Tmall elf in the room. The playlist is very good, many of which are automatic. With the curtains closed, it is no different than at night. The hotel breakfast is delicious and has many varieties. Soy milk is my favorite. My friends and I are very satisfied. A few suggestions. Only two boxes of toilet paper are not enough. You can prepare more for the room. Mineral water is also available. There are only three bottles in the room, although the aunt came to replenish it the next morning. The bed is too soft and my body feels a little sore when I sleep. , the pillow is also a bit high, it is recommended to change it to one high and one low to choose from; there is only one plug on the table, so it is not easy to sit there and play with mobile phones, so you can press multiple rows of plugs on the table; finally, the bedside lamp is very bright, which is OK There is a night mode for playing on the phone.
The front desk gave a small gift after check-out and received good reviews🥰🥰In short, although there were many suggestions, the overall experience was good👌🏻

GGuest UserThe view is just as beautiful as it looks, and location wise it is ideal. The room was clean and stunning views.
The food was good when it was available, but many of the options on the menu were not available. Likewise, there was no water in the outdoor pool as advertised. The staff also said they didn’t know how to make cocktails, despite having a bar with all spirits available.
Finally, I would recommend AGAINST booking a car transit through the hotel. We ended up missing our train from Kunming because the driver (and her friend, who was brought along for the ride) stopped multiple times, including for long snack breaks, so we arrived 20 minutes after our train time.

MM220738****After choosing several hotels near Zitao Street, I finally found a suitable one. Tiancheng Hotel is clean and has good service. The surrounding environment is also good, and there are many delicious foods nearby. The standard room I stayed in at the beginning cost less than 100 yuan. Later, I saw that the deluxe king-size bed room was not expensive either, so I tried it. The floor-to-ceiling windows on the front wall have a panoramic view of the scenery outside. The room is well equipped. It is really enjoyable to sit in the armchair and look at the night view outside. I will stay here again next time.

When booking a room, I was attracted by the healing projects such as Ba Duan Jin, singing bowls, meditation, etc. that I could participate in at the hotel. Staying in the hotel is like living in a forest oxygen bar, with cicadas chirping at night and birds singing in the morning. There are many projects in the hotel to kill time, and you won’t be bored even if you stay in the hotel all day. This time I brought the elderly and children there, and the hotel was very considerate to upgrade the room type and prepare a crib. The hotel is near the kaleidoscope, a 5-minute walk away, or you can take the hotel's small battery car to get there. The staff are very warm and thoughtful, especially Mia and Lucy.

MmnfnFacilities: The hotel opened in January this year. The facilities are very new. The hotel has a buffet breakfast and free laundry. Zero pressure mattresses are very comfortable to sleep on.
Hygiene: The room is clean and the bedding is new. The bathroom and shower room are separated from wet and dry areas and are very clean.
Environment: The hotel is located in the Yuhuquan Ecological Park area. It takes 2 minutes to walk to Huquan Ecological Park and 4 minutes to Honghe Water Town. There is also a snack street nearby with all kinds of food.
Service: The hotel staff has a very good service attitude. The guest room aunts are warm and polite, and they will take the initiative to say hello. The hotel also has the option of high-speed rail pick-up or drop-off. You only need to make an appointment with the front desk half an hour in advance.
All in all, it is a very recommended hotel and I will come back next time.

There was a children's play area, and the hotel had charging stations. The public viewing platform offered views of the sea of clouds in the morning. The front desk staff provided a detailed guide to the scenic area, which was convenient for travel. The service was excellent. The car could be parked directly in the underground parking garage, and the elevator went directly to the guest room. The mushroom houses in Azheke Scenic Area were very unique, and water flowed from the mountain to the terraced fields at the end of the village.
