洪川の市街地から少し離れています。近くに用があって利用しました。近くに食堂やコンビニも歩いて行ける距離にあります。経年劣化を感じる施設ですが、部屋の掃除も行き届いて清潔でした。オンドルなので寒い洪川でも大丈夫です。アメニティも最低限あります。
