飯店設施齊全，有無障礙坡道及電梯，但是缺乏無障礙洗手間。
飯店樓下有美食街及超市，超市裡還有現煮的服務，主要針對肉類的現煮服務，很方便。
樓下也有三溫暖，可惜三溫暖只開放到晚上八點，太早打烊了。滑雪開放到凌晨三點，原想夜間滑雪後去跑湯舒解放鬆的，這是美中不足的地方。
服務方面一般，比較沒有耐心，多問幾個問題就不耐煩，所以後來就自行想辦法問其他房客解決問題。
整體來說，住在Vivaldi Park滑雪很開心，也是很棒的體驗。

접근성이 의외로 안좋다는 점과 시즌특성상 너무 많은 사람들로 인해 직원의 안내가 정확하지 못한 점을 제외하고는 괜찮은 여행이었다고 봅니다.
우선 지하1층에 먹거리 볼거리 놀거리가 집약되어 있어서 스키를 타지않더라도 충분한 엔터테인먼트가 가능한것이 좋았습니다. 반대로 리조트 내에 모든게 있다보니 리조트 주위에서 지역적 특색을 살린 맛집이 부족한 것은 개인적으로 아쉬운 점. 룸컨디션은 좋습니다. 침구류에서 냄새도 나지않고 방온도도 적당했어요.

스키장이랑 가까워서 좋았고 주차도 편했습니다! 뷰도 스키장이 정면으로보이진 않았으나 괜찮았고 야간스키장이 밝을 수 있는데 커튼치고자면 좋습니다. B동에 대부분의 편의시설이 모두 존재하므로 필요한 물품은 구비할수있는것같아요.
