The service attitude is good, and the hygiene is OK, but there is indeed a strong smell of kitchen fumes at night, which is very disturbing. It is even a bit choking when opening the bathroom. The sound insulation is not good. Guests who come back late do not have the awareness of keeping quiet, and the sound of karaoke can be heard downstairs.
The location is really good, close to the Causeway Bay MTR entrance, shopping is more convenient, and the bus station is also close.
Overall, it is still OK, but the smell of fumes does affect the experience of resting in the hotel after a tiring day. I hope it can be improved.

The hostel has a welcoming atmosphere with staff who make you feel at home. Dorms and private rooms are clean, with comfortable beds and secure lockers. The common areas are lively, perfect for meeting other travelers and sharing experiences. Free Wi-Fi works well, and the location is excellent—close to public transport, shops, and main attractions. Overall, it’s great value for money and ideal for budget travelers looking for both comfort and community

It's good value for money. The location is in the heart of Causeway Bay, just a 3-minute walk to the MTR. Bus A11 nearby goes directly to the airport. Check-in was smooth — they provide you with a bottle of water and a towel upon arrival. There is a locker without a lock, so bring your own or buy one at the counter if you have valuables.

The bed is quite small but comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. I didn’t expect to have a harbour view at this price, but they offer one. My roommates were also very quiet, which I appreciated. There's a common kitchen with a microwave, plates, spoons, and other basic utensils. A washing machine is also available.
Let them know in advance if you plan to check in after 11 PM. Dan, a staff member who guided me when I arrived, was friendly and helpful.

Stayed in a (tiny) private room. Location is fairly central in Wan Chai, and close to transportation and many shops and restaurants. Victoria Harbor and Victoria Park are both fairly close as well and great for walking and running; Victoria Park has a lot of other exercise equipment as well. Room didn’t have much space, particularly if you want to keep your suitcase open somewhere. Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. While prices tend to be high for not a lot of space in HK, and a lot of beds in China tend to be hard, I did later find some places with a little more space — and much more comfortable beds — for a similar price. AC was directly over the bed, so it was sometimes hard to get a comfortable temp in the room. Shower wasn’t divided and no curtain or squeegee, so water splashed everywhere when showering and there wasn’t a good way to prevent it or clean it up. Service seemed limited to emptying the garbage, though the lady working the desk was nice.

Extremely satisfied with my stay. The place was spotlessly clean; you could really tell a lot of care went into maintaining it. The environment was quite good, especially considering the excellent value for money. The service was also very thoughtful and attentive. The surrounding area is incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and exploring. Highly recommended!

The room was easily ten times better than any other I've stayed in at a similar price point. They even provided a power adapter, which is usually a paid extra at other hotels. Those familiar with Hong Kong will understand that it can sometimes feel less than welcoming to mainland visitors, so this thoughtful gesture was particularly appreciated. The owner, a Guangzhou native, was incredibly warm and welcoming; we even exchanged WeChat contacts. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Hong Kong.

It's just a few minutes walk from Causeway bay tube station, on the Hong Kong Island side (like central London), the cleaner comes around and mope the floor and clean the toilet everyday, which I have heard is not the norm in a lot of similar hostels in Hongkong. Amin at the front desk is really helpful and has all the best jokes, there is also a balcony out the back of 1st Floor common area. All in all, a right bargain for what it is in Hong kong as it's one of the cheapest but for the price, definitely recommend! x

Most of all i liked it.
Great location. I used to go to the huge Wellcome store. And it was right over the corner.
Spacious kitchen area. But fridge was full with stuff from other guests as there 18 guests max in the very this one dormitory.
The was separate bathroom for women and men. And the men's bathroom was much more clean and usable than the girl's one. In the girl's one you can't close the door to shower and the whole bathroom is wet if you decided to wash your hair. So you need to hide your towels and cloths somehow. Plus there was no hot water in the sink, only in shower. And i had to brush my teeth with cold water. I don't like it. And there was no toilet paper. After i asked about, they brought it. So it was ok.
Everything is locked - your cube and closet. My door to the cube had broken. But the guy from the reception run fast and fixed it quickly. Service is on top!

It’s just a good place to stay at during your trip, if you’re spending most of your time out, and you need a bed to just sleep. Also, the walls are so thin, that you’ll probably need earplugs to have a good rest. But it’s Hong Kong, what else would you expect? Other than that our room was clean, the air conditioning was working well. The sockets aren’t equipped with adapters, make sure to bring your own.

Pros: Location right in the center. All shops, metro, 7/11, and all other things are nearby. Clean bed linen and towels.
Cons: The hotel needs renovation. Drips from the socket and air conditioner.
Rust, stain. No kettle/microwave. Very loud noise.

Ssiu sin wanThe rooms are often considered special. I like the bathtub. The most special thing is that there is a head-shot screen. I only saw it once at the Continental Hotel. I have tried many hotels on the left. The room is considered civilian. The last time was ok
DDivosThe place is located on the 4th floor of some business building . The rooms are quite big , have a solid bathroom . I liked my room , is big and nice , comparing with other hostel’s rooms . I’d only 6min from causeway metro station .
Location is good .
