We stayed at this hotel for one night and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was, something not very common for budget hotels in Hong Kong. Considering the price we paid, this is definitely one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in the city.
Our main reason for choosing this hotel was its convenient location near the Immigration Headquarters, which was only a 10-minute taxi ride away. The only minor drawback is that the MTR station is a bit of a walk, roughly 10 minutes, but there is the direct A29 bus to and from the airport, which made our journey very convenient.
If you choose a room on the higher floors, you can also enjoy an incredible view. Overall, this hotel offers great value, comfort, and convenience for travelers.

Apart from 20 minutes walk from Mass Transit Rail station, it was unexpectedly good. The bed was very comfortable The spacious quiet room was protected by a hard wood door. The Nano Air Purifier was excellent.

Spacious room by Hong Kong standard and room is clean. Convenient location. About five minutes walk to Ngau Tau Kok subway station. There is an airport bus A29 that will take you directly to the hotel. Close to a variety of restaurants and shops. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

- The hotel rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable, and overall the property was well-maintained. The area right outside the hotel feels modern and pleasant.
- The only drawback was breakfast. The on-site restaurant was closed, so instead of the buffet we were expecting, the hotel provided vouchers for a simple sandwich and fruit. This was a bit disappointing. Food options nearby are also limited, but there’s a McDonald’s just around the corner and a 7-Eleven, which came in handy.
- Location-wise, it’s not the most convenient if you’re planning to explore Hong Kong’s livelier districts—it’s about a 25-minute drive to the more central areas.
- Overall, a clean and comfortable stay, but better suited if you don’t mind being a bit further away from the main attractions.

The accommodation I booked for my Kai Tak visit is located about 10 minutes from Kwun Tong MTR station. While Sung Wong Toi station is closer to Kai Tak Sports Park, and navigation might suggest around 20 minutes, be aware that there's still an additional 15-minute walk to reach Kai Tak itself. So, plan your time carefully. Facilities are okay, but they don't provide amenities like disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, or combs. However, shampoo, shower gel, and slippers are available. For drinking water, you'll need to use the dispenser located outside each floor.

The hotel itself was quite clean. However, it's situated in an industrial area, which made it a bit hard to find, and the surroundings were noticeably less appealing than other parts of the city. Still, I'd say it offered decent value for money. My main complaint is that the room didn't come with complimentary water. While that's a minor point, charging 10 RMB for a generic brand mineral water bottle felt excessively expensive.

I booked a double suite here a week ago. It was my first time in Hong Kong, and I assumed Mong Kok would be relatively unsafe. After reading numerous reviews of B&Bs, I felt even more apprehensive. So, I decided to stay for one night and then extend my stay if the environment was good. Arriving in Mong Kok, I was unfamiliar with the area, so I got lost for a while. Once I found my way, I discovered there were two entrances, one closed after 11 PM. There were also two elevators at each entrance, one for odd and one for even numbers. Upon check-in, the host was very welcoming. Perhaps because the double room was full or something else, they gave us a triple room with a window at no extra charge. The door had a combination lock, and the room was spotless, with spotless floors and immaculately white walls. There was no clutter on the bed, and the quilt was neatly folded. The bathroom was also spotless, with no odors or debris. It was a bit cramped, and the toilet had a long, lingering clatter after flushing, which I hope could be improved. There was also a small TV in the room, but the channel selection was a bit limited. The room also provided hangers, slippers, shampoo, and shower gel, but you had to bring your own toothpaste. Seeing this, I decided to renew my lease the next day. To my surprise, the double room seemed to be sold out. The landlord then asked me what I had paid for the room. Before I could find my bill, the landlord had already extended my stay for another night at 350 RMB, which was 2 RMB lower than the price on the platform! Overall, I personally felt the room was better than the promotional photos, exceeding my expectations. The landlord's service attitude also made me sincerely decide to write a positive review for her. 👍 I will definitely choose this B&B again next time.

It's what I expected for the price & location. Not the kind of place for the avg. traveller but for those who don't mind roughing it a bit it does the trick. The one issue I had was the short hard bed which gave me a sore back.
