Convenient and helpful staff. Managed to arrange for late check in prior to arrival and didn’t have any issues even though we arrived past midnight. Value for money.

We booked for twin bedroom but we got a bulk bed and very small room,toilet 🚽 is very dirty 🤮. Next day change room to double bed but no windows. I think they sold our booked room to other. Location is very good but Mirador mansion is so many drying rack on the walkway.

Big room for solo person two beds. Off season so not crowded. I have broken arm cast and asked for help to get taxi but no response

This hotel is very suitable for travelers with limited budget but looking for convenience. The location is excellent and you can reach the main attractions by foot. It takes 2 minutes to reach the subway and bus station. Although the room is small, it is clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable, but don't expect extra facilities. Our room has a window, and the walls of their rooms are thin, so the movement in the corridor can be heard clearly, and occasionally the sound of the next room can be heard. Fortunately, the staff is very friendly and the accommodation experience is very good.

Without these pictures on the wall, it is almost impossible to believe that this is a real hotel. The reception is hard to find and the room is a subdivided room.
