We were not satisfied with the temperature in the room; it was very cold (air conditioning temperature could not be regulated); temperature could not be set higher than 16.5 degrees. We were advised to turn off the air conditioning completely. Then it became much colder. Later we got a separate heater to make the temperature somewhat pleasant. Furthermore, the reception refused to call a taxi for us to the airport when checking out.

Room is big and the beds are comfortable. Not so convenient as one has to walk 10 minutes to the MTR station.
