一場無與倫比的入住體驗。辦理入住的小姐姐Althea Xu極盡熱情體貼周到，讓人如沐春風。兩個大人帶一個八歲孩子，在五一旅遊假期來臨之際，Althea給努力升級了半海景房，能看到海天一色的美景，感受落日餘暉和破曉清晨的香港，讓人不勝歡喜。酒店每天都在給送各種小紀念品，熊貓玩偶、冰箱貼、扇形書簽…真正感受到“文華”和“東方”的元素滲透到每一處細節。連住三晚，贈送了兩人早餐自助（忘拍照了）,中西餐都有，有我最愛的蝦餃，哈哈，喜歡白粥裏面放很多榨菜和花生米還有鹹蛋碎….我這不變的中國胃。下次來香港，真的不想換其他酒店了，太喜歡文華東方了。

前台服務員對待大陸遊客態度實在一般。喊半天聽不見一樣。外國人過來立馬笑臉相迎。我相信大陸遊客才是真的撐起香港半邊天吧。餐廳服務員明明是個中國人，非得用英語，我也是醉了。值得表揚的是健身設施不錯。冰箱內一瓶雪碧可樂68還是88港幣。
