The location of the hotel is quite convenient. There are many restaurant options nearby. It is not far from the East Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk and you can see the night view of Victoria Sea.

This is officially THE WORST hotel I've ever stayed at. The room is tiny and very dirty, the flooring/carpeting and balcony are filthy, and there is no sound-proofing between the rooms. I really don't understand how this hotel can continue operating in this state. Apparently it's recently been rebranded and sold under a new name '117 Hotel' rather than its original name 'Popway Hotel', BEFORE the hotel was even renovated. Had my partner and I known this very significant detail, we wouldn't have even considered staying here in the first place. This is a classic case of false advertising. $1300 down the drain. Can't say enough bad things about this place.

就一般賓館 附浴巾 一張卡 其他什麼都沒有 Check-in後根本也不用服務你 所以很普通，價錢太貴，稱不上什麼酒店、飯店。

There were no slippers in the room, no bottled distilled water, no electric kettle, no toilet toothbrush, only two towels, not even face towels. The only equipment in the whole room except the TV was two papers Water cup.
