There were no toiletries. I needed to pay 50 yuan in cash for an extra quilt. I wanted to add an extra bed, but it was not available, so I had to sleep on the floor.

This hotel is a little disappointing in terms of service. It doesn't think from the customer's perspective. It seems to be a kind of inertia. It didn't even look at the receipt and the order, so it said it was not operated by them and directly asked Ctrip to open it. Not happy with my stay, hope to improve.
