Very bad service, the room smells like cigarettes. When checking in, I informed the receptionist that I had 2 bookings, 26-30/12 and 30/12-1/1. I wanted a room that didn't require moving. The receptionist said yes, I asked for 2 keys because there were 2 people. The front door didn't have a key card. The person in the next room seemed to be a monthly guest, loud, no manners, almost couldn't sleep. I don't recommend staying here. It's a waste of money. And on the night of 30/12-1/12, the staff said that if we didn't move, it would be almost 600 HKD. My friend had to pay more.
