To give a fair opinion on this hotel. The room was clean but it is very small. I had phobia using the bathroom. Fortunately I was given a room on high floor with Mountain and no block from opposite building. The location was their selling point because it was 10 minutes walking distance from MTR station. 3 stops from Central. It was hard to find hotels with such price in Hong Kong.
The location of this hotel is the best due to the Macau travel plan! It was near Macau Ferry Terminal, so it was really easy to move the next day
The simple breakfast service in the morning was also very good.

The location is superb, incredibly convenient. Just take the MTR to Admiralty (Pacific Place Three), take the elevator up, and the hotel is right across the street. A male staff member at the front desk was very enthusiastic, and I noticed he was friendly to everyone. The breakfast spread covers all the basics, making it excellent value for money. While the room wasn't huge, it was spotless. I even enjoyed sleeping on the bay window, listening to the rain outside – it was quite delightful. Directly opposite, you'll find Fat Da Char Siu, and there's a charming little coffee shop next door. Even the front desk sells coffee, so you're well-covered for food, drinks, and entertainment. You'll find a Wellcome supermarket, Mannings, Marks & Spencer, and more right next door – absolutely fantastic! During check-out, I even participated in a lucky draw and won a hat and a bag, which were quite lovely!
Hotel is very convenient from Shueng Wan Station. Plenty of food options around. The apartment type is convenient for big families to stay together and yet still have privacy in individual rooms. Especially good with one bathroom for each room.
Tip: Nearest mtr exit to hotel is A2. Note that none of the exits have elevators nor downward escalators, so you will need to carry your luggages down the flight of stairs to the station level.

I can't find anything to complain about. The rooms were clean, the service was superb, and the location was great. The view from the room was also amazing. We got umbrellas when it was raining and the front desk was able to give us tips on how to get where. If you have a lot of luggage, you may want to book a bigger room, as the rooms in Hong Kong are generally relatively small.

Unbeatable Views, Exceptional Staff & Prime Location A Hong Kong Gem!
1/ Breathtaking Hong Kong Views: Woke up to stunning city/harbour vistas every morning—absolutely worth it!
2/Staff Excellence: Every team member was both genuinely friendly *and* highly professional. They elevated our stay with their attentive service. Both at the check in/out and at the cafe
3/Prime Location, located in a quiet area but right above Admiralty and steps from Central. Unbeatable convenience for exploring/shopping!
4/Surprising Value:** Rare to find such quality at this price point in Hong Kong.
Minor Considerations
• No bell service/luggage assistance—be prepared to handle bags yourself.
• Limited amenities (no pool, limited toiletries) —but rooms are equipped for comfort.
Great hotel with beautiful views. Attractive interior decoration, overall very spacious for a HK Island Hotel. Bathroom of the corner room is huge! Downside was the strong emphasis on Chinese language. Hotel had to send a technician to the room to change the language settings of TV, digital receiver, Netflix, Disney+. Had to converse with the technician through Google Translate as his English speaking skills were minimal. Also no playroom or other kids' facilities but I suppose that's forgiveable as the hotel seems to cater mainly to day trip and business travelers. Recommend the corner room, we had a great stay there! Didn't try the breakfast or other facilities but they all looked fine.
Location: About 150 meters from Sheung Wan MTR Station and just over 1 km from the Central district, making transportation quite convenient.
Hotel Experience: This is a newly opened hotel with about 10 rooms per floor. The hallway smells quite pungent, though there's an air purifier. The rooms are almost odorless, but they're small and newly renovated. Cleanliness is excellent, but the amenities are average. It feels like a mainland Chinese business hotel, not quite a 4-star hotel. The curtains have blackout blinds, which is crucial for a good night's sleep.
Breakfast: It's worth mentioning that breakfast is on the 38th floor, with a window seat offering a sea view. It's a set meal, and you can choose from Western and Japanese set meals for your own breakfast. The food is delicious. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Afterward, a cup of freshly ground coffee refreshed me for the day.

The location is excellent, with an abundance of dining choices – both Chinese and Western – right nearby. It's also conveniently close to the subway station. A bonus was that due to the typhoon, they kindly offered a late check-out until 1 PM. Just a heads-up: if you need hot water for drinking, it's best to pick up some bottled water from a local supermarket.

GGuest UserThe hotel was easy to locate. I got a little turned around initially as I wasn't familiar with the roads, but it wasn't an issue at all. 😄 Upon entering the lobby, the staff were incredibly welcoming. I asked if I could get a room on a higher floor, and they happily accommodated, offering a fantastic view! They even provided a travel adapter in the room, which was a thoughtful touch – no need to bring your own! I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit. The overall experience was absolutely superb! 🎊🎉

IidrchristinegThe property is relatively new so the amenity are still in good condition. The reception staff are very friendly too! We were warmly welcomed during our late night checkin.
GGuglielmoA must for me when looking for an Hotel in Hong Kong. A 5 minute walk from the AirPort Express, it’s super centrally located.
Rooms are standard Hong Kong, meaning a bit tight by international standard. Rooms are clean and staff is nice and efficient.

HHelloAcnisI booked JEN for my trip to HKU this time. Initially, I booked for three days, but I found it so comfortable that I extended my stay for a few more days, ending up staying for a week in total. It's incredibly convenient; JEN is right outside the HKU MTR station exit. There's a traditional Hong Kong cafe (bing sutt) nearby for breakfast, and just one street away, you'll find tons of shops. It's super convenient for dining, grabbing drinks, and buying fresh fruit. I would definitely stay at JEN again on my next visit. The bed was also very comfortable, which I personally love as I prefer very soft beds.
GGuest UserVery kind and helping staff who made check-in at 4 am possible. The location was perfect for a city trip - very close to everything you need. Overall, would definitely recommend it for a trip to Hong Kong!
GGuest UserAdvantages: 1. Good location, central area of Central, suitable for business people, convenient transportation, 10 minutes walk to Central Metro, Airport Express Hong Kong Station. There are many restaurants nearby, breakfast and dinner can be solved nearby. 2. The room is large. Compared with many Hong Kong hotels at the same price, this area is very large, about 25-40 square meters. 3. This is a hotel-style apartment with kitchen tools, similar to a home. 4. The design style is distinctive and suitable for young people.
