Très belle adresse, décor agréable, accueil chaleureux. Chambre un peu étroite mais joliment décoré. Petit déjeuner copieux et d'excellente qualité. Dîner agréable dans un endroit cosy. Nous y reviendrons sûrement pour profiter tous les établissements de la Collection.

Magnifique hôtel dans une demeure normande Décoration rustique mais qui se marié parfaitement avec le lieu Nous avons passé un merveilleux week-end Tout le personnel est au petit soin et le cadre est reposant et proche du centre ville . On peut y aller à pied Juste notre chambre n’était pas très bien insonorisée et les voisins étaient un peu bruyants Mais sinon tout était parfait

On est fier de fréquenter ce lieu que des maitres impressionnistes ont eux-mêmes fréquenter, on est heureux de pouvoir profiter de ce beau lieu, avec une belle vue, de belles chambres, un service très attentionné, et un repas à la boucane très fin.

The room was charming, beautiful view and great space for luggage! Plenty of outlets for charging all our devices. Great breakfast and easy walk to center of town. We enjoyed the outdoor sitting area and drinks at the bar were terrific. All in all a great stay.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. L'ensemble du personnel est disponible, l'accueil professionnel et chaleureux. Cet établissement de luxe réussit à marier simplicité et élégance. Le restaurant la boucane, propose une carte simple et maitrisée. Le service très efficace et fort sympathique. Merci pour cette agréable parenthèse de 2 jours !

Très bel endroit, très bien tenu avec un très bon service et un personnel aux petits oignons. Seuls 2 points d'amélioration : "pas de service de navette pour aller à Honfleur et peut-être que quelques refreshing dans les chambres de la bâtisse principal seraient opportuns ...".

L’accueil de la ferme saint simeon est à la hauteur du lieu : magique ! Nous avons adoré chaque moment et recoin de la batisse et de son jardin. Nous avons pu profiter d’un massage fabuleux, d’un moment gourmand au restaurant de la boucane, et d’une degustation de calvados au bar très sympa Le personnel était aux petits soins et très sympathique

Une petite remarque pour atteindre l’excellence, le prix de la recharge électrique excessif ne correspond pas à la volonté d’une démarche par ailleurs RSE engagée.
