me suis trompée, j avais réservé et payé 4 nuits, mais j ai été obligé de réduire à 3 nuits pour des raisons professionnelles, effectivement je les ai prévenu que 24h avant mon arrivée. mais comme j ai réservé en direct, je pensais que c'était un peu plus souple, que nenni ! bref pour les 4 nuits payées au lieu de 3 éffectives, j ai pu négocié que le parking en compensation ! bref j y vais a reculons mais bon c'est de ma faute. Parcontre la chambre n'est pas insonorisée, on entends tout des chambres d'a coté, du dessus et les gens qui parlent dans le couloir, décue (ps : 264€ la nuit et pas de balcon)

Boa experiência com pontos a melhorar
Atendimento excelente. Quarto muito confortável, bonito e limpo com tv, ar condicionado, cortinas, mesa, poltrona. Localização ok. Decoração do hotel ótima. Há yoga gratuito, infelizmente, não consegui na data. Duas garrafas de água gratuitas quando chegamos.
Pontos a melhorar: 1. estacionamento poderia ser cortesia, havia muitas vagas e não há manobrista no local. 2. Poderiam oferecer café da manhã com melhor custo, o valor é excessivo e não há locais próximos para fazer a refeição. 3. Não oferecem amenidades como chaleira elétrica, sachês, chá, etc.
4. A porta do box da banheira é muito pequena e isso acaba deixando muita água cair no piso, o banheiro alaga.
