There is a $200 fee for lost keys. A criminal background check is required by the management of the community. This is NOT a credit check.For mail or packages, we do not recommend them being delivered to the building/apartment to avoid issues of lost deliveries. Please check for a nearby pickup location (through Amazon lockers or UPS access point) to guarantee the receipt of your mail/packages.COVID-19 Safety ConcernsAs always, the health and safety of our guests is our top priority.
