Located in a quiet neighborhood, this cottage is 30 minutes or less from Cedar Point, Downtown Sandusky, Kalahari Waterpark, Port Clinton, Lake Erie Island Ferries (Kelleys, Miller and Jet Express) and all that the Lake Erie Shores and Islands have to offer. Located less than a half mile away is a private marina with a boat launch (small additional fee applies) where you can launch your boat to enjoy fishing, tubing or joyriding in the Sandusky Bay. Two kayaks, paddles and life vests with direct water access behind the cottage are included in this rental (Reference house rules for liability statement). Inside this charming cottage you'll find a fully stocked kitchen, outdoor propane grill, refrigerator, freezer, stove/oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and all essentials required to make a meal for you and your guests. Two twin bunk bed rooms and one queen bed room make this the perfect family getaway. Stay at the 3000 sq ft modern barn bed & breakfast with formal gardens and a swimming pond.You'll have total, private access to the barn.Cook in the equipped kitchen or out on the bbq. Have a picnic at the gazebo or go for a walk in the garden.Play lawn games, make s'mores around the firepit or stay in and watch a movie.Right in the middle of and less then 30 minutes away from Perrysburg, Findlay, Fremont and Tiffin.The first floor is a 1200 sq ft suite that has everything you need including a luxury king bed in the primary bedroom. The attached bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, large soaking tub, heated floors and washer & dryer. Downstairs also has a living and dining space and an equipped kitchen with premium cookware.Upstairs, there are three bedrooms that have one king bed, one queen bed, one double bed and three folding memory foam single beds. There is another dining table upstairs than can seat up to 12 for larger gatherings. There is also a second living room space upstairs as well.The layout of the barn was designed to be perfect for sharing with family and friends for an extended stay or just one night!Check-in is a breeze! Just walk on in. No meet & greet or lock box to deal with. Your key is left inside the suite.We rent the barn out when we don’t have events so you’ll never double book with another event. You will always be the only guests on the property.Due to the large size of the barn, our cleaner often needs the full time between check-out and check-in to get the place ready, so early check-ins or late check-outs aren’t available.Other things to note:We are also a wedding and event venue, if you plan on renting this space for any type of wedding, big birthday party, family reunion etc., you will need to message us first for separate pricing. We do not allow events booked through VRBO. Small non-wedding events such as birthday parties or small gatherings for 10 guests or less are allowed with no additional pricing as long as those guests are accounted for on the reservation.We have a company regularly spray for mosquitos.
