We live next door in the main house, so should an issue or need arise, we got your back.The Home: Perched above Spruce Street, your private home includes an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and 800 square feet of living space. The fully stocked kitchen provides all the luxuries needed to cook as if you were at home. Gather around the farm table for dinner, drinks or a board game. Enjoy the 20’ covered balcony or take in a movie on the 65” smart tv. When it’s time to retire to bed, a king gel foam mattress awaits. Need more sleeping space? Stretch out on the large, self-inflating mattress. The well appointed bathroom boasts fully stocked toiletries and a shower with 12” rain shower head. All this, centrally located to the mountains, lake and downtown Sandpoint. Use of 2 bikes and 2 kayaks included. The Neighborhood: North Sandpoint is a quite, tree lined street made up of residential homes and Hickory Park a few blocks East. Next to Super 1 Grocery Store and N Boyer which takes you to the heart of town. Walk, bike, shuttle or drive to all main locations in as little as 2 mins. Sandpoint is too special not to share with others. It's a fascinating town with fascinating people.Guest Parking/Getting Around:Street parking directly outside the home on Spruce Street and Jefferson (corner lot).
