This Forrest Park condo is located on a quiet street just outside the Central West End. You'll have access to a gated, reserved parking space and a private deck with unique lighting. The recently updated bathroom has heated floors including the shower and bench seat. Forest Park and the Central West End are a short walk away. There are a handful of restaurants and bars on the same block and a shaded street to get to and from them.1 bedroom condo in a gated property with an assigned parking space. The living room has a large sectional couch. There's a full size washer and dryer to use and everything you need to cook and enjoy the benefits of a condo.You have one reserved parking spot that you can access with a remote located inside the condo. Additional parking is on the street. Don't forget to keep in mind the street cleaning schedule to avoid getting a ticket.The DeBaliviere Place neighborhood is quite diverse in its housing stock, ranging from beautiful single family homes to upscale renovated apartments and spacious condominiums. Shops and businesses line DeBaliviere, Belt, Clara and Delmar. The MetroLink light rail system stops on DeBaliviere and on nearby Delmar.
