The condo is on a quiet top floor in building 5, one of the newest condos in one of the nicest complexes at the Lake. The building is next to the heated, outdoor pool. The condo features walk-in access from the parking lot (no stairs), but yet is on the 4th floor for great views of the lake. Less than 20 steps from parking to your condo.Note: There is a separate $135 cleaning fee that is not included in your rental cost that should be left in the condo at the end of the stay for the housekeeper. We are located in the heart of Osage Beach at the very popular Ledges Condo Complex. There are two swimming pools to enjoy. One that you can see from the balcony & one at the point with an incredible 10 mile view of the main channel! There is also a sandy beach that is on a calm cove. Our condo is two flights of stairs from the parking lot. The condo has two bedrooms and two full baths on the main level and a large loft upstairs. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private full bath. The second bedroom has two full beds and adjacent full bath. Up a flight of stairs, the spacious loft has one queen bed, two full beds, and two twin-top bunk beds. In the loft, there is also a half bathroom. IfF YOU NEED ADDITIONAL SPACE, please ask about our condo that is conveniently located right next door to this condo! It is a 3 bedroom + loft/ 3 bath condo and we also have a 2 bedroom/2 bath on located on the main channel. Enjoy the extra beds and space this condo offers. Although the condo has a maximum number of 12, the extra beds offer a configuration that can allow more people to sleep in their own bed. This is helpful for groups of golfers or anyone who enjoys having their own space. We offer free wifi :)If you are bringing little ones, you are welcome to use the playpen, high chair and bedrail at the condo. There are also plenty of movies and board games for family fun!You can use the electric grill that is on the balcony overlooking one of two pools at the Ledges. We are the last building in the complex - very private and tends to be quieter than other buildings. The bedroom has a queen bed with all new bedding and a new smart tv. The sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen size bed for the kids.The living room has a new smart tv with cable. The balcony is screened in and has a table and seating for four. Heron Bay offers a nice lakeside outdoor pool with a large pool deck and plenty of new loungers and umbrella tables. You can jump right off the end of the docks and swim in the lake as the docks have swim ladders. You can also fish from the docks. The complex has a nice walking path at the edge of the lake. There is an onsite laundry facility and a small boat ramp with temporary trailer parking - based on availability. Heron Bay is in the heart of Osage Beach and close to dining and activities by water and land. The unit offers free WiFi, cable tv, and Netflix. We have a 10x28 boat slip available for $25 per night and a little advanced notice.You'll be given the code to our lock box so there's no need to check in anywhere - just go straight to the unit. Lake of the Ozarks Condo 633 Indian Pointe in building 6 with amazing views of the lake. It is a third-floor condo but only 4 steps up from the parking lot. Reserved parking space right in front of condo. The condo is located in a no wake cove making it perfect for lake swimming and fishing! There is a Swim Dock available for swimming and floating in the lake. The deck overlooks the lake and includes furniture however there is no longer a grill available due to the recent Osage Beach Fire Codes, all open flame grills/gas propane grills are no longer allowed on condo decks of all condominium complexes in Osage Beach unless the condo complex has gas piped in to the grills. The condo also features a full kitchen including microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. There is a washer and dryer inside the condo right off the kitchen area. The condo has open floor plan with fantastic views of the lake. Master bedroom features an outstanding view of the lake, has a king bed and a private master bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. TV in living area and both bedrooms. Indian Pointe has three outdoor pools with 2 of the pools being heated and one of them is lakefront and adjacent to this building. There is a tennis and basketball court available.
